Why this site exists
Most local coverage of Valley development is a press release with a new headline on it. It tells you a project was approved. It doesn’t tell you what changes at your intersection, what it does to your school’s enrollment, or whether it moves your home’s value.
That’s the part I care about, because it’s the part my clients ask me about. Inside The Valley covers city council decisions, rezonings, and new construction across Mesa, Queen Creek, Gilbert, Chandler, Goodyear and the rest of the Valley — with the source documents linked so you can check the work.
What I do
I help people buy and sell homes in the Phoenix Valley: resale, new construction, and relocation from out of state. Every story on this site links back to that, and I’d rather be upfront about it than pretend otherwise.
