Data Deletion Instructions

If you’ve commented on, messaged, or replied to a story from one of our Instagram accounts or Facebook Pages, you can ask us to delete the information we hold about you from those conversations.

How to ask

Use any one of these:

Send us a direct message that says “delete my data” to the same Instagram account or Facebook Page you contacted.
Email Aaron@dottrealestate.com with the subject “Delete my data”. Include your Instagram or Facebook username so we can find your records.
Call or text 602-932-7055.

What we delete

Your username, name, and profile picture, the messages and comments we stored, and any lead record created from them in our systems. If you’ve also given us your email or phone number, tell us whether you want those removed too.

How long it takes

We confirm your request and delete the information within 30 days. We may keep a minimal record that you asked us to delete your data, or anything the law requires us to keep.

Removing our access in Facebook

If you’ve ever connected an app of ours to your Facebook account, you can also remove it yourself: go to Facebook Settings & privacy → Settings → Apps and websites, find the app, and select Remove.
